Refund Policy

Auschoicepath is committed to providing high-quality wedding planning services. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services. Due to the customized nature of wedding planning, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the stage of service completion. If you cancel your service contract within 14 days of signing and before any substantial work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits paid to third-party vendors. After the 14-day cooling-off period, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed. We require written notice of cancellation. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered, such as completed consultations, vendor meetings, or design work. Deposits paid to vendors on your behalf are subject to their individual refund policies. We will assist you in negotiating with vendors but cannot guarantee refunds from third parties. To request a refund, please contact us at Auschoicepath@gmail.com with your contract details and reason for cancellation. We will process your request within 30 days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian consumer law. We aim to resolve any disputes amicably and fairly.
